Do you have insurance?

Scie Mon Arbre Inc. carries full liability insurance for both property and personal protection

No, because the field of arboriculture and tree pruning is not regulated by the RBQ. However, we do have comprehensive liability insurance and can provide references upon request. 

Usually, yes. Check with your municipality to confirm, as it is often just a formality.  

Tree removal in riparian zones is strictly regulated. Some municipalities allow selective maintenance or the removal of hazardous trees (dead, diseased, or posing a safety risk), but almost always require a permit. The exact rules vary from one municipality to another. Before any work, it is essential to verify local regulations and submit an authorization request to your municipality. 

We travel within an 80 km radius of Sainte-Agathe, covering the entire Laurentians region and some surrounding areas, from Labelle to Sainte-Jérôme. 

We always strive to minimize any impact on your property. However, when machinery is required or the ground is wet, some traces may remain. We assess access before starting the job and inform you of any possible risks. 

Yes, if the wire belongs to you (a private line). For public power lines, you must contact Hydro-Québec. It is best to confirm the proper procedure with them before scheduling any work.
